How long have you been working with Fix It by Luke?

Since the beginning - November 2024

What’s your favorite kind of project to work on?

I love to fix things!  Things in my garage, at my house, for other people and for the company!

What’s a skill or “superpower” you bring to the team?

Organizational leadership.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not fixing things?

Hanging out with my wife and kids.  Going to the lake, watching sports and spending time outside. 

What’s one fun or random fact about you?

In high school I was an athlete, I was in band and choir, and I was in a musical.  This is not normal.  

Favorite tool or piece of equipment:

My truck.  Without it, where would I be? At home.

I grew up in Ligonier, Indiana and live in Fort Wayne 

How long have you been working with Fix It by Luke?

 Since February 2025

What’s your favorite kind of project to work on?

I enjoy managing projects. Walking through the scope of the project and making sure tools and materials are provided for the project. 

What’s a skill or “superpower” you bring to the team?

Many, many years of experience. Do this, it worked well. Don’t do this - it didn’t go well. I am usually the first eyes on a potential project and I enjoy coming up with a technique and process to make the project go smoothly for the team. 

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not fixing things?

I enjoy working on projects with my wife, Dixie, around our property and creating fun spaces. 

What’s one fun or random fact about you?

What no one knows about me is that I’m handsome, funny, intelligent. The list goes on. 

Favorite tool or piece of equipment:

I love all tools equally. But having the right tool for the job at hand is what is gratifying.

Favorite projects:

The kind where I get to help fix a problem.  I like demolition because it gives me the opportunity to break things, see how someone else tried to solve a problem, and learn what I can do better. 

What’s a skill or “superpower” you bring to the team?

Inventing solutions 

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not fixing things?

I like to sit down. But there is always something to fix in this broken world.

What’s one fun or random fact about you?

I used to go by the stage name of Eli Jared.

Favorite tool or piece of equipment:

Oscillating tool. Or 6-in-one screw driver.

Anything with wood! Trim, cedar siding, or old windows!

What’s a skill or “superpower” you bring to the team?

Being able to problem solve to get the job done.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not fixing things?

I like being with my family, hunting, anything outdoors and I like shooting.

What’s one fun or random fact about you?

I'm left-handed.

My favorite tool would probably be my mini air compressor and nail guns.
