HAVE A PROBLEM? WE CAN FIX IT!

    Interior and Exterior Door Replacement

On this project, we replaced both an exterior door and an interior door. Once the old exterior door was removed, we found significant wood rot in the door jamb. The left side of the frame had deteriorated to the point where it needed to be completely rebuilt before a new door could be installed. Exterior door replacements often reveal hidden structural problems, especially when moisture has been getting in for years. Rebuilding the damaged area ensures the new door works correctly and lasts much longer than a simple swap-out.

    Sagging Brick & Light Post

A customer had bricks sagging on the left side of their garage. Instead of tearing the wall apart and hiring a masonry crew, we used a structural pull-back method to bring the brick façade back into alignment.  We drilled through the brick, installed a temporary 4×4 on the outside and another inside against the studs, and ran a threaded rod between them to pull the brick back into place. After that, we secured the brick with long torque screws and repaired a cracked mortar joint using cement caulk blended with pulverized mortar dust for a seamless match.
